[/quote]You’re right. I didn’t scroll down to the pictures. That looks simple and tasty. Not a tiny, smoking cube on a block of black ice or a balloon that tastes like bolognese or a facsimile of a soft boiled egg that is really dessert or… well you get my drift.
Even without all the tweezer/molecular/3*/finessing, San Sebastian remains a stupendous food area - I am all about the casual pintxos crawls whenever I am there… Good Lord that is some great eating, just strolling from pub to pub, with revelatory bites around every corner… The Basque region is unlike any other, in this sense.
