Right. Should start a thread on FTC Bib Gourmand that is truly $40 (not $60). Bib Gourmand is $40 for 2 courses, a glass of wine, and a dessert. Not sure how that gets done at Majordomo.

Also, Manske wasn’t opening chef at C&S. Steve Arroyo opened C&S with Greg Bernhardt behind the stoves. Manske came in after.
