Guinea pig volunteer went by. The menu’s the same. Unfortunately the food isn’t.

My first informant was adamant that the food was not good at all, and Colette had been his favorite restaurant. He also said that the staff was largely different.
yeah staff is completely overhauled. Basically like a cantonese dimsum restaurant staff now, not filled with younger guys. Older cantonese men dressed in white dress shirt/black ties like everywhere else.
Food was fine today. Didn’t look to see if chef was there but I’ve found the food lacking over the course of this year even with him in the kitchen
I heard a rumor that closure was due to personnel issues. Just hop that Chef Peter Lai is still in charge of the kitchen.
