Went by to restock Originario and passed the worst of rush hour on the roof. Those mutton skewers are a good value at six for $12.

I guess more people are buying Originario, because they’ve given it more shelf space, I think 24 boxes when fully stocked. If you like rice that tastes like rice, or don’t know what rice tastes like, give it a try.

Trota in crosta con limone e zafferano (crusted trout with asparagus and lemon saffron sauce): This absolutely luscious, perfectly cooked piece of fish tasted gentle yet scrumptious. The sauce was just delicate enough to dance with the crust without outcompeting it. Huge bite!!! Can’t wait to see who the next collab chef in May will be…
