There are some famous dishes and ingredients in Asturias we wanted to explore like fabada, cabrales and cider. For that we visited El Molin de la Pedrera https://elmolindelapedrera.com in Cangas de Onis which is known for Asturian classics but with a modern twist. Like many restaurants before on this trip, many very good dishes (fabada, sea bass, crispy cabrales, cheese cake, rice pudding) but also excellent service.
