As you can see I picked up two because I got some last time and it was stunning. I look forward to trying it in more dishes… I used it to make a Ceacoise Salad… and it was delicate but really flavorful to bring the salad together.
I could not resist getting one of those butters… I got the Yuzu one and WOW. The flavor is spectacular. Not overwhelming like some other flavored butters I have tried… but genuine wonderful flavor within the butter. Wonder what the Sichuan is going to taste like!
Most pple probably just get it from a can and get a good Banh mi to stuff it in. But we did make something similar with mackerel a neighbor caught for us.

Agree that tuna is superb. I have used it for Salade Nicoise and this salad, Ensalada de Tomate con Ventresca de Atún (Spanish-Style Tomato and Ventresca Tuna Salad) Recipe.

Evidently I’m now a conservas fan. I found one frozen demi baguette the perfect companion to 1 tin of these delicious scallops.
