There were soggy potato chips on the plate and when I removed them I had half a roll and half a soft-shelled crab drenched in remoulade. I took the crab out and scraped off the sauce best I could, and it was great! I also ate the edges of the buttered roll and that was great, too. I really need to remember I don’t like sandwiches.
