I am fascinated by smoked chicken wings. I order em at every single bbq spot but it’s never great. I suspect cause timing / temp doesn’t align with everything else in the smoker.
This was a perfect smoked chicken wing for all the reasons PB said above

Went at noon on weekday. Crazy line.
Chicken tender: A+
Smoked chicken wing: A for what it is. Would have preferred a drumstick with more muscle to skin ratio.
Sauces: all great. A
Salads (red cabbage and butter lettuce): Won’t give a rating (okay B-) but I appreciate that there are healthy sides, especially the red cabbage. The chicken tenders aren’t too coated or greasy, so it’s possible to have a pretty healthy meal here.
Fries: tried at home 15 minutes after picking them up. A soggy, stuck-together mess. Hopefully they’re better in person? But I’m thinking it’s more like the deep-frying temperature was too low. Whatever the reason, C- for what I tasted.

Anyone been recently? Went yesterday and even if you order the spicy tenders they come with the chili oil on the side now…no longer dressed in the sauce. Even if you ask.
The tenders were good - I don’t know if they suffered from not having the sauce directly on and dipping but there was a lot of flabby skin in both of ours under the exterior (which was crunchy! but kept falling off). I don’t know if I preferred them to Daybird, Howlin Rays, Go Go Bird, or Tokyo Fried Chicken (RIP) but comparable!
Also, the machines to order upcharged us 7$ for a drink even though we ordered a combo that’s supposed to come with one. And there’s no good way of contacting the restaurant so I reached out over IG - we noticed it when we got home.
The fries are very, very good. As is the waffle. We also enjoyed the passion fruit soft serve.
