Oh, that sounds exactly like a dish this guy makes:
His stuff seems easy enough that I am very tempted to try some of his recipes (haven’t yet).

Didn’t want to pay 20 bucks for lomo saltado at pollo inka so made our own at home for 14 bucks ish tasted much better too just bought the aji sauce
looks great
Thank you!
Not much of a looker but really tasty steak sandwich with skirt steak, tomato relish ( based loosely on a tomato oishitashi but turned into a pickled relish) and karashi su miso on homemade bread
Great looking salad!
thank you!!
So I went to buy burrata at Eataly to pair with some lovely peaches from Regier, but I ended up coming home with burrata al tartufo by mistake. My wife didn’t mind it, but I thought it was pretty gross. What is that product actually for? Anyone have any dishes they’d use it for or at least things they would pair it with?
Hipster caprese maybe ? Some good heirloom tomatoes just salt them and let the tomato water bleed out then use that as the dressing with olive oil top with your truffle burrata. Some bread to sop the juices.
Or maybe a version of Funke’s Mortazza? You could buy some pizza dough balls to make it all easier
on a mushroom pizza ?
That’s such a refreshing looking salad. Think it has fewer ingredients than my daily lunch salad but looks so much more appealing.
To top pasta, maybe? (kind of similar to the pizza/pizza dough ideas?)
I appreciate all the suggestions. We ended up using it, but that is not a product I will ever intentionally buy again.
Thanks!
tuna cakes, with basil, dill, cilantro, oregano and parsley
