If you’re ever in Vegas and want something like this. Delilah at the Wynn has a variation on this as an endive caesar with king crab topped with breadcrumbs. It’s really quite nice.
Tons in the dressing. Definitely needed more on top. You right. Nice parm is mild. Was too busy with 10 other things to remember
