Sad to see that Il Piccolino has closed. Always enjoyed its high end yet comfortable take on Italian. Eddie and Silvio were class acts with ties all the way back to Le Dome. To me, it was a unique venue and much more homey (and much better) than its neighbors Craigs or Cecconi’s.

I agree. I ate there a few times before I figured out that I was gluten intolerant. I never had a bad experience.
