So this is Italian. Interesting. We grill all those things in the summer.

plums yes… some balsamic (just a bit) finished onions . nom nom… smothered Duroc chops

Except for some Jews I’d say most people eat a lot of pork. Since this thread is about Italian cooking, I’m guessing the vinegar was what gave it that slant. This site is about food and some of us even like to learn about things.

I only posted it to change the topic on the annoying argument that was going on. I picked latest food pic and it worked

Back to the top . Italian food is a baseline for my cooking . For me it is . For that fact your picture says it all . That’s what I ate in Italy. Ingredients that were local and available. Simple
