Pho Ngoc Yen, located on Adelaide Street West near Peter Street. We have a lot of good indie Vietnamese pho joints in Toronto and Pho Ngoc Yen is not one I have tried.
I usually order broken rice platters, bun, or banh mi , so I am not up on which spots have better pho.
