Amazing gem of a restaurant - we went twice in one week (something we rarely do), and it was super enjoyable. Not a single miss over two meals!

Jun-san, keeping up the quality there. Respect.

Unusual that Jun (owner and sometimes server/busman) is the only known entity, rather than the chef – whose name I do not know that I have ever heard. Don’t even know if it has been the same chef all these years of excellence.

Sometimes Jun cooks in the kitchen as well.

sergio likes to stay under the radar and it’s been him most of these years. jun mentioned closing after sergio retires.

Did Jun say anything about when the chef might retire? Losing Kinjiro would be very sad.

Right. I regretted not ordering it at the Vegas location. I was out of practice when ordering at Raku.
