This Singaporean restaurant will be closing in Aug. Tough times for mid-range restaurants in Toronto. We are losing one or 2 good restaurants, bakeries and offee shop each week. This past week Kiss My Pans announced its closure, and Famiglia Baldassare announced it would no longer be serving lunch, in order to focus on their wholesale pasta production.
never heard of this dish (steamed radish/rice flour cakes stir-fried with eggs, garlic, and preserved radish, according to Serious Eats) but now i’m desperate to try it. looks amazing!
