They pop up at the Silverlake farmers market on Tuesdays as well and are very sweet.
It’s tasty but don’t think it’s close to Chi Spacca. An Ooni with a stone doesn’t quite work like the custom pans at Chi Spacca, and regardless the bottom is soggy when it should be crispy (at least if Chi Spacca is the index, haven’t had this in Italy.)
Looks like Simply Syria’s - which is great.
