Long Beach Lunch

Hi FTC - Wife and I are heading to Long Beach tomorrow and looking for a lunch idea. Open to area and food, we are adventurous eaters. I’m aware of a few Cambodian spots and a Middle Eastern - whose names I can’t recall offhand- but hoping for some new ideas/ local favorites.

Thank you!

Thank you Amaro- have you tried Los Trompos Taqueria?

I have, large variance in quality, but when the meats are charred well it’s great

I like to go to Manaow instead as Chiang Rai gets busy. Their set menus (lunch time) are a steal imo, and a exploration of different regional cuisines. And a short walk to the beach after filling the belly is quite nice :slightly_smiling_face:

No line at trompos today and we stopped in after taking the little one to the aquarium. The picanha trompo is so crisp and salty and goooood

Had a nice Hawaiian-style plate lunch at A&J seafood today. They go heavy on the garlic butter sauce here. Would come back!
