Totally agree. Very narrow menu options, but what they do, they execute well. I have been there with traditional steak house fans, and while initially sceptical (“What do you mean there are only this many cuts, and you only cook to one level of doneness?”) they have always ended up happy. Not typical steak house fare, but very, very good.
