I thought I’d share here for anyone who’s interested, I’ve been running a small pop-up called Moushi Beach which focuses on Cypriot foods (Souvla specifically) with a variety of other rotating dishes and specials. Our next event is on Sunday, June 23rd in Pasadena.
Souvla is essentialy the final boss form of the more popular souvlaki, in which large portions of meat are slow roasted over the coals for about two hours resulting in some really succulent and delicious bites.
We’re still in the infant stages, having done this a handful of times over the past several months, but I wanted to share with this community here and invite you all to be a part of it if you’d think it’s something you’d enjoy.
You can place orders through instagram @MoushiBeach up through Thursday, June 20th, for a pickup on Sunday, June 23rd, between 1p-2p. I’ve included a menu for the event below and all the details can be found HERE as well. Hope to see you there!
