Once in a while I’m vegan.

Lentils with lots of sautéed aromatics, dried apricots, vinaigrette dressing

French beans, dressing, walnuts

The crazy good kombocha squash with mirin, rice wine, Sugarless peach jam But there may have been butter here (I’m not really vegan, just doing for a friend)

Can I have an approximate on this recipe? No rush.

it was my take on this russian classic but you can see i didn’t cook as long and added dried fruit and red peppers
