Mom recently dropped off labneh with shallots from Bahar Restaurant in Mission Viejo and it is bomb. Anybody been for more than that?

My persian friend’s favorite snack is yogurt mixed with finely chopped shallots, which is then used as a dip for salty potato chips like lays or kettle. I can attest to its deliciousness.

Essentially, yeah. Closer to home, we always get it from Taste of Tehran.
Should really be lebneh or real (full-fat, strained) Greek yogurt.
Good with fresh shallots too.
