I’ve been trying various non-alcoholic spirits. Most suck. Some are mildly satisfying (e.g., Seedlip). But I’ve finally found one I recommend: Free Spirits vermouth rosso. I actually like it more than most alcoholic vermouths. It’s downright spicy.
