A 20% Mandatory Service Charge is added to your check. We recognize every hourly
employee as part of the guest’s experience, & 100% of the Mandatory Service Charge
will be distributed among them. We disagree with systems that have heavily recognized
only the front-of-house. The Mandatory Service Charge is implemented because one of
our goals is to push our industry towards a more equitable wage distribution between
the kitchen, bar & floor teams, while paying a steady living wage to every team
member. The Mandatory Service Charge is a non-negotiable, non-discretionary,
non-removable part of each guest experience within Xuntos & is therefore not a tip,
which is by its own definition, discretionary
