go early at 11:00am or be prepared to wait in line in sergio’s garage
It’s good to know that Chef’s work is so popular. I still have his wife’s number from our last stint…I would probably make a reservation
you can make a reservation?! that’s a game changer!
thanks @Chowseeker1999, looking forward to your report.
i cooked the rice right before i left and it was still hot and fresh when we got our food.
but there wasn’t any sauce for the rice!
Maybe only for a big group?
funny thing…that dish had a lot of sauce but was too acidic so we didn’t want more of it while the other shrimp dish basically had no sauce
I checked with our server first and she was cool with it.
That’s how those dishes are supposed to come out
the same thing at coni’seafood had sauce so i was expecting more or less the same at sergio’s
does not look like this
And nothing like what @Chowseeker1999 had at mariscos chente with Sergio in the house:
I wished I lived next door to him .
You’d be in the path of jets on final approach for LAX.
Benefit: Great planespotting, all day long.
Drawback: Jet noise, all day long.
I have a train going through my back yard already… Gorgeous Mt Shasta. Not a problem
After a while you don’t here it anymore
In that case, you are golden…
AND you get to be Sergio’s neighbor, with none of the parking woes we encountered when we first tried eating in his backyard #tryingtoexplaintomytoddlerwhatastripclubis
I’ll turn my front lawn into parking. With reserved spaces of course.
True! Hah! Lennox is slightly different than Mt Shasta. Instead of apple trees, pesky deer & trains in your backyard you’d have strip clubs, planes flying over & the Lennox-13 in your backyard. You’re good where you are @Emglow101. Just bring yourself down here for the next meet-up!
Sorry for the lateness and badness of my photos, but this is what it was like for us. Plenty of sauce.
Thanks for sharing @bruins - How was everything? That avocado is not looking so good.
