I really want to go here for our wedding anniversary! Anytime between now and November ? What are your recommendations or tips/tricks to get a reservation? I saw that OpenTable has a Chase reserve option for tables but there’s nothing available! I hear it’s difficult but I didn’t know how the reservations operate or if they release dates at a certain time?

Reservations go live either the last Tuesday of a month, or the first Tuesday of a month, at 10AM, for either the next or second-next month, respectively. October and November were already released. December will go live the last Tuesday of October or first Tuesday of November. Join the mailing list as @mzonelli said.

do they do solo diners yet?
I was able to secure reservations! I understand the beverage pairing is mandatory. Which one do you recommend? There’s non alcoholic or the non alcoholic with wine… and then the more speedier options.. so excited! Any tips or advice??

Non alcoholic is actually well curated. I’d recommend that.
