It has taken me over a year to get through this bag of nonsense. Wow. What a nightmare. Basically i had to make tray after tray of focaccia and give it away. Looking forward to a sack of flour flour.

What a waste of time! Super impressed that you didn’t break down and throw it out. What flour is next on the agenda?

back to central milling bread flour. wasn’t a total waste… the flavor was amazing it just wasn’t workable, so it worked as focaccia.

Great success with CM Old World, +5% Spelt, 5% Rye. 73% h2o

Impressive! The old world is finicky, but has such great flavor. Love the addition of spelt as well as rye, just started experimenting with spelt.

Where did you get your baskets btw? I’m thinking of getting one like the one on the left, right now I just have for the boule shape

The batard? from bezos’ house of goods i think. you’ll want to be sure you have a vessel to bake the batard in if you’re getting a basket.
