@yogachik, that’s a bummer. As a heads up, the Fresh Mozzarella is an add-on, you have to ask to add it on (but the cashier should’ve asked if you wanted that option). As for the size, the last 3 times we had it, it was huge / hefty, and I couldn’t finish it. I’d mention that to the manager if you decide to call them on it. Hopefully it was a fluke.

The person I spoke with over the phone said they were having issues sourcing the ciabatta. But he said he’d pass along to the chef that I asked about it, and if people keep reaching out they’ll see what they can do to get the dish back on the menu.
