looks like a great lunch and it sounds like one can add on with many, many extras. i like that. iwashi nigiri looks like a very nice bite in particular.

I had assumed that you could get the customary “extra” after omakase. But what I did not know is that they had a whole cheesecake factory menu of the city’s finest fish

Yes, lunch is an absolute steal. Only quibble is that at lunch, bar seating is first-come-first-served, so if you really want to guarantee it, you need to book for 11:30 am. (We did.)
