Currently setting up Thursday to Sunday evenings at 2511 West Sunset. This was their first weekend and seemingly every food writer in LA was there, including @matthewkang, according to their IG.
This place sounds great. I hope to check them out soon, and I hope they live up to the hype.
go early folks! the carne asada is actual steak…so it’s like medium rare. So tender. and generally portioned. Two tacos is probably enough but even $22 for three, you’re getting a whole steak! dress properly: little bit of cabbage, tomato salsa (or tatemada), avocado, and onion - that’s it. Pico de gallo is there but not necessary. Neither is lime! Enjoy!
