Any recs for tinned anchovies similar to these?

This dish at Found Oyster is definitely greater than the sum of its parts.

You’re less likely to find these tinned and More likely refrigerated in oil/brine for this particular boquerone. The one at surfas is super similar! (Or maybe exactly the same)

yeah they have this exact style/maybe even same brand Found uses at Epicurious.

Bay Cities carries high quality imported boquerones. Domestic available in bulk at Santa Monica Seafood, though they aren’t quite as tasty as the Spanish version.

White anchovies are marinated fresh fish, so refrigerated rather than tinned. I think I had them fresh in season once or twice at Anchovy Bar in SF. Italians use lemon juice rather than vinegar.
