banged it before morihiro. sandwich is as good as the iii mas days, as @sk8uno mentioned i think they’re using wagyu and a different cheese. really liked the butter kyuftah too.

Not sure how much this helps index, but Moo’s is $42/lb for brisket, $20 for the brisket sandwich (not quite analogous).

Avi Cue sells a 2-serving-size wagyu pita for $27. And they also sell a half size for $15.

Also relevant: what kind of “wagyu” are they using? Purebred or hybrid? Japanese (unlikely), Australian, domestic?

I thought the meat in the sandwich I had there for lunch recently was undercooked, but looking at these pics I guess it’s intentional. Weird that I don’t remember the shawarma plate they do for dinner ever coming out that rare…
