I’m making a variation on Korean braised short ribs tonight, using flanken. Combining a few recipes.
I used brown sugar, ginger ale, apple sauce , soy sauce, garlic, onion, green onion, Korean pepper flakes,.sesame oil and sesame seeds tonight.
I’m including both grilled and braised rib recipes, since the ingredients are similar and interchangable.
