I grow up in Sichuan and lover Sichuan Peppercorns but it’s very hard to find the quality Sichuan peppercorns in US. I live in Houston now and the Sichuan peppercorns in the local Chinese grocery stores are terrible. There are some offering at Amazon but not sure what I should expect? Any recommendation?
