Does anyone know about the owners (Jordane Andrieu and Roman Rey Chavent) or their previous project (Paris Tokyo)?
Partner would like to try the place b/c it’s gotten press for being very pretty. Something about the wording of the press releases and such do not make me hopeful that the food will be particularly good.

I think @paranoidgarliclover is asking about Arden on SM Blvd and not Ardor on Sunset Blvd, the latter which I think is still John Fraser at the helm. I was about to agree with @Clayfu- tomato milk bread was so good I ordered an additional to take home, but then thought the restaurant name seemed a bit off.
Haven’t been to Arden so can’t comment. That’s the one that took over the old Irv’s?
I’m not terribly familiar w/ the area, but it’s def on Santa Monica Blvd.
