This streaky bacon is from a small grocery store /farm market in St Thomas, ON, called Briwood Market. They sell their own bacon.
I’ll try 6 bacon rashers each time, for the best compare and contrast possible.
2 strips went into my Bacon Tomato Egg and Brick Cheese
My DC had Egg and Chips with Bacon. (Or Bacon and Egg with Home Fries.LOL)
