They’re actually cascabella peppers.
I absolutely love those peppers.
Joe Jost’s pickled eggs use these peppers and they are awesome. Might have to pickup some soon! I love beet pickled too but these are special
yeah, they are not the same type of pepper as pepperoncinis—which I prefer with my Italian sandwiches or in an American greek-type salad or antipasto. I think it’s less heat and more vinegar or the type of vinegar.
Right. Some of these are mild and not spicy.
