Vietnamese bakeries are also a good source for bûche. I grew up having them from Song Long and Van’s Bakery, but I believe Final Touch also makes them now.

The Exotic buche de noel is like a French gussied up version of the mango passionfruit cream pie at Republique. Highly recommend! @Sgee

Anywhere near the Valley? I’m near Sherman Oaks, and Proof isn’t that far, but their website says their Holiday Preorders (including the Bûche) are sold out… Lomita, Tustin, etc. is too far for my taste…
