Where can I find a good cup of cà phê cốt dừa in Los Angeles, or even Orange County?

And, no, the answer is not Rubies and Diamonds. As much as I enjoy R+D, their sea salt coconut coffee is most definitely not cà phê cốt dừa.

Had to look that up. I didn’t see that around much in Vietnam, but clearly I needed to look harder. That is next level.
