Had dinner at Reservoir in Palm Springs over the weekend and was disappointed that the Yelp info I found about them serving campechana was out-dated. I wasn’t familiar with this dish (at least not in this specific format) but would really like to find it here in OC (especially South County). It probably would be much better at a more specialized restaurant anyway.
I’m finding a few places that serve it with shrimp and octopus, but am really hoping for a version with much more varied seafood that just that.
