My mom is hosting her ~30 person birthday dinner party in West Hills and I’m tasked with procuring a delicious feast. These situations have historically called for Panini Kebab Grill (various kebabs/rice/salads), but I’m trying to see if there’s something else out there that covers the bases (plentiful, delicious, high quality, affordable, nice presentation). I was thinking platters from Wood Ranch (Agoura) would fit the bill, but I’m imagining Eastern Europeans won’t be too keen on BBQ. Preference for West SFV, but could be anywhere between Hollywood and Conejo Valley. Thanks in advance!
