Gonna compile a list of decent chain HH.
Hit HH with my suburb friends last night at North Italia (Cerritos, CA). It was surprisingly good. Charcuterie board is $20 with bread, spreads, 2 kinds of proteins, pickled veg, and almonds. Drinks hover around $12.
Our conversation turned HH into dinner and we closed out the joint. Service was solid.

Boqueria has a solid HH. Croquetas and a mini martini hit the spot for me, but there is a good bit more in both food and drinks.
Cucina Enoteca / Urban Kitchen Group, a mini chain in San Diego, has a good HH, though it’s a small menu.
Hutong (NYC & elsewhere) has a good HH, which can be nicely expanded with half a Peking duck.
