Ortolan was one of our favorite places. Every time we went (and often we went, as turned out not often enough), at least one of the dishes was “out of this world” amazing. It was sad to see it close.
Thank you for posting this, will try to check it out. Hopefully this is a sign that Chef Christophe Eme is considering a return perhaps?
