Contactless pickup like Spoon by H was doing?

Hi, as someone who falls between everything vaccination-wise, despite a history of respiratory ailments, I want to support restaurants but have no desire to have even limited contact for the time being.

My question is about places that will bring your order out to your car’s trunk, like Spoon by H was doing. Can anyone provide a list of places that are doing contactless pickup “takeout”, especially any in the SGV or San Fernando Valleys?

Or, perhaps I should write, can anyone offer suggestions that aren’t on the Westside?

Monty’s Good Burger

Moo’s BBQ and the other things from that commissary kitchen downtown - Bridgetown Roti and a few others. They may walk up to your window but you can wave them to the trunk or ask them to put it down.

Try asking via phone or DM. I find most places are willing to drop it in the trunk if politely asked.

Not chow-ish, but California Chicken Cafe does.

So does Marie Callender’s.

A belated thanks for the replies and any additional will still be welcomed, especially those not downtown or on the Westside , as it will be both some time before I am vaccinated and some time after that before I am willing to have contact.

@JThur01 is there anywhere new or old that you have been massively craving around the city? As a way of saying thanks for all the old articles I stumble on and learn from, if you would like something brought to you I would be happy to go get it someday and bring it to you.

Truly touched by this  Thank you for the kind words and the offer, but go forth, continue to do as you do and I look forward to the day where I can try out these places you’ve been highlighting :+1: I also hope to get back to stumbling across more of these kind of places myself in the not too distant future.
