Fish sando is a standout!

Anybody snag seats to the soft open? $295, which is apparently cheaper than the opening menu price. Ambitious debut price!

Nope! Where did they post em??

E-mail went out to certain people. Honestly not sure how/why I got it.

Oh weird. I’m on the mailing list and attended the popup. That’s sad lolol

still soft opening so pics forthcoming. the toast, currently aji, is still one of my favorite bites in the city. brian added a few new dishes, ankimo, uni risotto and wagyu. everything is already really dialed in, the only nit was the sawara was just a hint over.

currently only doing fridays and saturdays, adding thursdays and wednesdays soon. one seating for ten guests for now. kendrick and biggie on the speakers.

looking forward to coming back, michelin star forthcoming.

Same menu last night. Really incredible. Nice to see dishes that tweaked and evolved from the test kitchen. Pacing and service were both on point.

did some cocktails from the front even at the counter and then some wines by the glass. Would love to see a sake/wine pairing when they’re fully open.

Aji toast obviously amazing but the Ankimo, Sawara, and Risotto courses also stuck out. Dessert was delicious I’d love to see a non ice cream dish to round out the menu. Corridor satisfies a niche when you can’t decide between a pricy sushi dinner and an inventive tasting menu - will be a great special occasion spot.
