Costco finds

The Kirkland Champagne was quite good. The only sparkling wine I know of of similar quality in the same price range is Roederer Estate.

Listeria incident a few years ago aside, these are great to store in the freezer for a quick meal.

Found at Northridge Costco. Saw great reviews of it on a couple IG accounts I follow. Tried it on Chilaquiles for dinner tonight. Good stuff.

I forgot about that stuff. It’s delicious. Currently $2.40 off on sameday.costco.com.

What isle was it or general location?

In the pantry/shelf stable foods section.

I combine this with bbq brisket. Add some onions, cilantro, lime, and it becomes a reasonable facsimile. Also, chili crisp.

we need to see packaging people.

For me it’s the usage of fatty beef to recreate a more authentic mouthfeel. I think the bbq helps because it adds that slight smokiness you get from good pho.

I have to admit, the msg laden seasoning is spot on (for an instant product). A blank pho ‘canvas’ so-to-speak to paint your proteins & herbs

I saw the Kirkland San Marzanos today. What’s the deal with Americans adding basil? It’s not like every time you want tomatoes you want basil in the dish as well.

Has anyone seen Red Boat at a Costco lately? It’s available for business delivery but I couldn’t find it at my local warehouse.

I had the same issue in the Alhambra Costco no less. I’m a little worried they don’t carry it any more
