Which Costco is this at? And did you buy? 
I saw the chips posted online. After some investigation it doesn’t look like they are in SoCal yet. I’m going to Fullerton Saturday to verify.

Just to save you some time, you can search in the Costco app to confirm if your warehouse has something in stock before you head there. Unless you love going to Costco for fun, which I personally do.

I’ve been using this feature for bourbon hunting at Costco. I was going to Costco anyway this weekend.

The current fad for beef tallow is generally nutritional nonsense, but if you can’t get horse fat, beef fat makes the tastiest fries. Though for potato chips, lard might be better.
