Dish Of The Month, October 2017 -- FOIE GRAS

In a vote much tighter than the nominations indicated, Foie Gras emerged as the winner for October. I guess there are more (I confess like me) who are averse to the choice. Anyway, get out those cameras and give us as many samples as possible before another ban might be enacted!

Very nice seared foie last night at Rose Cafe, gastrique (Sherry?), mizuna and a bit of fruit served with brioche toast.
