Only one I can think of is Dosa and that wasn’t so recent.
Pryia on San Pablo had a buffet lunch I remember. I don’t know when they closed.
Priya closed in 2019.
I believe Dosa by Dosa closed “temporarily” due to the pandemic in 2020 but then never reopened.
