I’m asking well in advance but after 7 years of trying to plan a trip to San Sebastián based around an Etxebarri Rez, I’m near given up. We’re trying to go next Summer and thought maybe someone here might know someone who knows someone that could help out?

The LITERAL second they open on sevenrooms for the request for a new day (since they switched to that system two years ago)
In the requests I say I’m also open to any day in June and July when it asks if other dates work.
Basically followed the advice of other people on reddit. Also going to try booking one of the two hotels that has a concierge with access to it (supposedly)
