Yes, those crepe wafer cookies are outstanding in both flavor and texture, and just might replace my previous favorite TJ cookie, their Butter Almond Thins, although they’re no slouches either:
(spatchcocked lemon rosemary chicken, refrigerated)
Interesting. We have some excellent refrigerated chicken tikka masala from Costco (Sukhi’s) that has a sell-by date that’s two or three months ahead. There must be something about the way these things are processed or packed, that’s changed.
I have that same product too - must be the vacuum seal magic.
Tried these today. Delicious. Also picked up a pack of the teriyaki flavor.
I’m (trying to be) on a low-carb diet. Many of the entrees at TJ’s are pretty high in sugars. I’ve tried the Korean short ribs, and thought the ones from my local Stater Bros. are better. I’m interested in the Schwarma chicken thighs, but I haven’t been able to find them.
Any suggestions for low-carb options? Thanks!
The aforementioned spatchcock chicken has 1g sugar/4oz
They have a cioppino you may be interested in?
Thanks! I’ll check it out.
My CW moans about how Trader Joes has Cauliflower everything… but it’s rarely low carb!!
Here’s a good blog post!
That is really helpful. Thanks, @Dommy!
Spotted at Trader Joe’s boxes of rambutans right next to the berries. A box was about $5, but I didn’t grab it because I was only in to pick up some salad stuff for the week.
TJ’s roasted peppers are now a regular item in my pantry. Red and combination red & yellow seem equally good.
Update: This is pretty damn good. Add some of the Argentinian red shrimp for additional protein.
Recent additions to my freezer:

Indian hot pocket things (What's Good at Trader Joe's?: Trader Joe's Aloo Chaat Kati Pouches). The author of that article has a poor opinion, but that’s because they put it in a microwave. 20 minutes @ 400’ = awesome.

Chicken tikka mini samosa bites
I bought the bibimbap for a quick easy work lunch. Will give it a try next week.
I still like the Korma Fish Curry, Jackfruit Yellow Curry, fried rice, beef and broccoli, and occasionally the orange chicken (still think a fresh from the pan Orange Chicken at Panda is slightly better tasting).
Re the spatchcocked lemon chicken mentioned above: it was highly recommended by a co-worker so I picked one up a while back without realizing it’s priced by the pound (duh!). It was really very good but just know you’re paying quite a lot for the prep. A chicken for around $17 (that you have to cook yourself) isn’t exactly what I had in mind.
Jalapeno Sauce, reminds me of the green aji sauce served at Peruvian pollo a la brasa joints
Love that stuff. It’s great to add a nice rich garlic flavor into anything.
